On November 3, 2022, Alison McEwen spoke as part of Lancaster House’s 2022 Fall Webinar Series, presenting on the panel, “Going to Pot? Managing decriminalization, medical cannabis, and psychedelics”.

Alison and the other panelists provided an update regarding drug use and the workplace. This included discussing the move in B.C. to decriminalize possession of small amounts of certain illegal drugs for personal use, Health Canada’s changes which allow physicians to access restricted drugs to treat certain patients, and recent cases on medical marijuana use in the workplace context.
