Kundera Provost-Yombo is a devoted human rights advocate committed to defending the interests of workers and unions across the country. He practices in the fields of labour, employment, and human rights law. He completed his articles with the firm before joining as an Associate in 2022.
Fully bilingual, Kundera represents unions and their members before labour and arbitration boards. He advises individual clients in wrongful dismissals, discrimination, harassment, disability claims, and human rights complaints.
Before joining the firm, Kundera worked as a legal researcher with a national organization, contributing to an array of publications aimed at denouncing systemic inequities in Canada, and promoting access to justice.
Proud member of the APTPUO, Kundera is a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law, where he teaches the introductive Labour Law course to the next generation of labour lawyers.
In his spare time, Kundera enjoys travelling, the outdoors, and participating in team sports.
