Lawyer

Geoff Dunlop is an employment lawyer at RavenLaw’s Toronto office. He advises and represents employees in all areas of labour and employment law, including contract negotiations, wrongful dismissal/severance pay disputes, discrimination claims, and disability benefit claims. He also represents unions and their members in grievance arbitrations and before labour boards.

Geoff takes pride in helping people resolve complex workplace disputes efficiently and on fair terms. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal, as well as labour relations and human rights tribunals at the Ontario and Federal levels.  He has also represented clients at countless private mediations and arbitrations. In 2025, he became a member of the Nunavut bar.
