Dayna Steinfeld started her legal career with RavenLaw in Ottawa, before returning home to Winnipeg to continue her legal practice. Dayna leads RavenLaw’s Winnipeg office and the firm’s Manitoba labour law practice. Working on behalf of unions and their members, Dayna provides advice and representation all areas of the law that touch unionized workplaces, including in the public sector, post-secondary education, construction, and healthcare. Her legal advocacy aims to advance the rights of workers in human rights proceedings, grievance arbitrations, labour board hearings, and through strategic assistance with organizing and bargaining. Dayna also regularly acts for professionals in proceedings before regulatory colleges.
After articling with the firm, Dayna worked as a law clerk for the Honourable Justice Marshall Rothstein at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Outside of the law, Dayna enjoys cooking, cycling, and spoiling her two dogs.
