Kim Patenaude to Present on Current Issues in Employment Law


On November 15, 2022, Kim Patenaude will be speaking during a webinar presented in French by the Law Society of Ontario.  The program will address the effect of the pandemic on employment law, recent developments, and legislative reforms. Hybrid work, the right to disconnect, and electronic surveillance policies will be among the topics discussed during this webinar.
