On October 16, 2025, Kim Patenaude will be co-chairing the Law Society of Ontario’s 26th Employment Law Summit. The Summit is dedicated to keeping lawyers and paralegals up-to-date on the year’s crucial court decisions and legislative advancements. The Summit involves legal practitioners from across the province and addresses important topics, such as constructive dismissal and best practices for accommodation and return to work, as well as looking at developing areas such as the use of AI in employment law practices.
