Jessica Greenwood is our firm’s lead lawyer in Kingston. She practices in the areas of labour, employment and administrative law.

Jessica has been successfully advocating on behalf of unions and employees her entire career. Before joining Ravenlaw, Jessica worked at one of the largest trade unions in the country, where she regularly appeared before labour arbitration boards. She also represents individual employees in court, as well as before administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

She is a proud Kingstonian and a graduate of the Combined Masters of Industrial Relations/JD program at Queen’s University. She is a keen baker, entry-level gardener and, thanks to her boys, has developed a strong knowledge-base of all things related to excavators, firetrucks and tow trucks.
