Kim graduated from the French Program of the Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law. She is fluently bilingual and provides legal services in French and in English.
Kim practices in the areas of employment law, labour law, administrative law and human rights.
Kim provides practical advice to individual clients on issues such as wrongful dismissal, severance packages, WSIB/workers’ compensation, LTD benefits, discrimination, harassment and accommodation.
Kim has acted in matters before federal and provincial courts, boards, tribunals, and arbitrators on behalf of public and private sector unions and employees.
