Andrew Raven has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of labour relations, human rights and employment law. He appears before numerous tribunals such as the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Public Service Labour Relations Board and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. Andrew routinely acts as an advocate before the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada, where he has been appointed amicus curiae by the Court in a leading human rights case. Andrew also has extensive experience in representing trade unions, employee organizations and individuals in constitutional litigation, including Charter cases, and has a widely acknowledged expertise in all aspects of pay equity.
